Tonisha Shori is a creative director who has over ten years of experience specialising in Marketing and Brand Management. She provides a range of services and thoroughly enjoys bringing ideas and concepts to life.

We arranged a short interview to find out about her experience and how TM Consultancy started.

To kick off tell us a little bit about yourself, what your passions are, and what you enjoy doing outside of work?

As cliché as it sounds I am very passionate about all things communications and marketing so I’m always thinking of new ways of doing things in order to get messages out there, reaching the people we want to reach. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, at the gym, or cooking (I say cooking with my intention of trying to cook more instead of ordering a cheeky takeaway!).

Some customers may be wondering what skills and experience you have that are in line with the services you offer?

I always knew I wanted to specialise in Marketing in particular which is why I decided to undertake a degree in Business and Marketing. I then chose to pursue further qualifications by completing a Master’s in Marketing and Brand Management and complete the CIM qualification in Digital Strategy and Mastering Metrics.

Achieving these qualifications helped me to gain the knowledge, which I’ve applied within the working environment. Applying my learning within organisations and learning on the job, has developed my skills and enabled me to develop to a level where I am now acting in an advisory capacity providing consultancy on communications and marketing to upskill government departments across Whitehall.

I have extensive experience in implementing strategy, public relations, producing campaigns, digital marketing, and external relations. These skills can be demonstrated throughout my career from working with House of Fraser on press launches to leading national campaigns at the National Crime Agency.

If you would like to view my skills and experience in more detail; feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn.

What made you create TM Consultancy?

I’ve been working within Government for a number of years and really enjoy what I do in serving the public. And I’ve always done social media posts here and there for friends and family who have businesses, so I thought why not set up something of my own where I’m able to help others to develop their businesses through marketing whilst also having the autonomy to do what I love for clients.

Is there anything you would like to say to any potential clients who are reading this?

A thank you for visiting this site.
